I’m big on transparency, so I can’t imagine asking you to trust me with your irreplaceable memories without giving you the full 411... The low-down... The real deal... You get it, I don’t ever want you feeling out of the loop! So let's get on the same page and make sure we're the perfect fit for one another, demystify any of the scary stuff, and talk about what this process is going to look like from start to finish.
To get the ball rolling, submit your enquiry through my contact page. Fill in as much detail as you can! I don’t want to make you wait, so you’ll hear back from me within 2 days. I’m big on being able to put a face to a name, so let’s grab a coffee or a wine, and hash out all the details. For those with a busy schedule, we can always set up a video call. Whatever is easiest for you. I’ll send you a full pricing guide before we meet so you have time to look at what’s on offer and think of any questions you might have.
Oh hells yeah, let’s do this! Once you confirm you want to go ahead with your booking, I’ll send through your invoice and contract. Make sure to read it through thoroughly and let me know if you have any questions. To secure your booking, pay the 20% deposit, sign the contract, and hey-bada-bing it’s locked in!
It’s time to plan the best day **EVER**. To make sure everything runs super smooth I’ll send through a detailed questionnaire. We’ll confirm the logistics of the day in a pre-wedding consultation, to build you a custom timeline that makes the most of your coverage and ensures we don’t miss anything important.
It’s the easiest part, it’s your freakin’ WEDDING DAY! Come the big day all you need to do is show up to the altar, enjoy the moment and get your party on. Through every smile, laugh, and smooch, I’ll be right there to capture it all. And hey, if by the end of the night I’m up on the dancefloor with your grandparents that’s just a bonus right?!
Once the confetti has settled and your rings feel nice and snug then it’s time to relive your day all over again. You’ll receive a sneak peek to share with family and friends while your full-day is being edited and within 4-6 weeks you’ll receive a special delivery in the mail… It’s your photos in a Cupid & Co keepsake box, with a USB and a selection of fine art 4”×6” prints. If you’ve ordered an album we will begin the design process for that as well.
Yes, absolutely! While I’m based out of Sydney, Australia I’m always up to meet you wherever, however, you want to celebrate. Please get in contact for a full breakdown of your options and pricing.
Travel is generally cheaper than what you’d expect. I charge travel for anywhere outside of the Sydney Metropolitan Area, but always endeavour to keep things as affordable as possible. Let me know in your initial enquiry and I can give you a travel quote.
Within the week of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your images of roughly 15-20 shots. Within 4-6 weeks, you’ll receive the full gallery, with USB and 15 fine art prints packaged inside a beautiful keepsake box.
A second photographer can be really beneficial to have, especially if you’ve got a lot going on. It gives me the opportunity to be more creative with my coverage and leave all the ‘safe’ shots to another. It can also be helpful if you want shots of both partners getting ready and you’re at separate locations or pressed for time.
Get in touch and let me know your wedding date. If the date is available I’ll send you over my pricing guide and if that all looks agreeable to you we can lock things in with a deposit invoice and contract.
The deposit is 20% of your total invoice and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days before the wedding date.
COVID-19 regulations are a major bummer! If you can’t go ahead with your original date, let me know ASAP and you can reschedule within 12 months at no extra cost. If you choose to cancel or postpone due to personal reasons, unfortunately, your initial deposit will not be refunded.
There is no limit on the day as to how much is captured, it’s as many as needed to best tell your wedding story. The number fluctuates depending on your hours of coverage, whether you have a second photographer, and how much is going on, but it generally falls between 400-800 images for an 8hrs day with one photographer.
I’ll send you a draft of your album design around the same time you receive your final gallery and from there we can make any changes you’d like, choose the cover material and design any embossing. Once the design is finalised the album manufacture takes 4-6 weeks to complete. You’ll be updated on when to expect its arrival.
Of course! Whether it’s over a coffee or a video call, I’d love to have a face-to-face consultation to help run you through everything and answer any questions you might have. Meeting is an opportunity to get to know one another and work out whether Cupid & Co is the right fit for you.
Of course!!! We’re totally LGBTQIA+ inclusive over here! Love is love!
Ah, the weather! So hard to predict, but never fear. If it rains on your day it doesn’t have to spell disaster. If you want to brave the weather we’ll umbrella up and soak in the moment (figuratively and literally). I keep clear umbrellas on standby in my car for situations just like this. Alternatively, we can head indoors, find a quiet corner and capture some ultra-romantic intimate realness. No matter the weather, we can make any location stunning.
Yes! All clients receive their images digitally on a USB for safekeeping, as well as a custom-designed online gallery accessible to share with family and friends.
Being new to having my photo taken professionally, I was very nervous and didn’t know how to pose myself properly. Jaime created a fun, positive, and enjoyable environment where she listened to my ideas and helped them come to life. She gave great posing instructions, made me laugh to capture those candid moments, and made sure I had a fantastic time. Jaime has a way of making you feel very comfortable, safe and special and I highly recommend her for any of your photography needs.
